Geometry within the urban landscape is everywhere; being most clearly revealed, sometimes ostentatiously, in architecture and urban design.  Photographing these forms is tempting in its own right, yet there are also the hidden geometries; the subtle geometry of the street; forms that are only revealed with the passage of the sun; observed fleetingly through movement, when something is revealed by light or hidden by shadow.   Sometimes this is obvious, sometimes less so, ​but presented here is an equally valid impression of Venice, where the unique quality and contrast of light becomes a subject in its own right.
